The start of the Chinese Year of the Rat (Genzi) was a somber time, as China and the world came together to control the COVID19 epidemic.  After an extended break, PhiChem employees returned to work on February 10th 2020, with meticulous measures implemented across all company facilities to fight the spread of the virus.  PhiChem has taken comprehensive steps to establish safe work standards and environment, disseminate timely knowledge about the epidemic, implement epidemic reporting protocols and provide quarantining facilities. We have also made a generous contribution to the Red Cross Society of Baoshan District, Shanghai, to help coordinate the fight against COVID19.  PhiChem is ready to continue working for our customers in the optic-fiber, electronics, display and specialty chemicals industries around the world, to ensure steady supply of the high-quality materials that they have come to expect of us.  In doing so, we will take all the necessary steps to keep our employees and their families safe and healthy.
